From education to health care to reproductive choice, I am committed to protecting established rights while pushing for expansions and improvements. I am a proud member of Planned Parenthood, Mar Monte, and received a 100% Planned Parenthood scorecard during my 2002 and 2006 Santa Clara City Council races. As a Santa Clara High School teacher, I support GAINS (Girls Achieving in Non-Traditional Subjects). I have also been endorsed by more than 750 female community leaders.
